UREGNET ADVICE ON MY ACCOUNT SITUATION

Hello Family,
I need some urgent advice on an issue that just came with my paypal account. have received a notification reading this
" You can't use PayPal anymore
At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services.
Any bank or credit card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive money. Any money in your balance will be held for 180 days, after which we’ll send you an email with instructions about transferring your money. "
I have no idea why i just got such a notification and yet i have been using my paypal for numerous transactions for all most 1 and half years now.
Some one please help or advise me what i should do to get my account back to normal,or get this issue it resolved.

- Account funds are unavailable, more than 180 days have passed in Disputes and Limitations Archives
- I can't associate a credit card to my paypal account. in My Money Archives
- USD sent BUT Peruvian Soles rec'd. in Payments Archives
- I have still limited access after succesfull verification in Disputes and Limitations Archives
