This is so frustrating, I need some help please.

i dont what the hell this is 
I dont know what it means by that 
i have 200$ on this account and everytime i click on accept money it says provide documents 
and when i do 
it says itll take 2-3 business days but i can still transfer money while they are reviewing it 
but it still wont let me
