Suspicious of eBay seller

Thanks in advance, I purchased an item from an international seller in US on 10th May, it states I should expect the item by 5th June, when I have now checked reviews only 2 reviews and both state item never arrived and cannot contact seller, I contacted seller to confirm postage but have had no reply, when can I start a dispute as I am not expecting it to arrive.

Personally i would give them to the June date however you can start a dispute when you want to.

But as you have up to 180 days to open that dispute then i don't see the point of rushing it.
