I have been sending them emails since the day I ordered the product, a SUPER BOOST for wi-fi.  After the order was sent to paypal, it did not go back to them for "review" as other purchases do before buying anything.  I wanted to find out HOW it was coming - USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.  It was not till the purchase was complete that I received a "thank you for buying" and a very small notice saying it might take up to 30 days to arrive.  Yeah, right!  The money was on/out of my credit card quickly.  Their tracking number doesn't connect to anything.  They ignore emails and I have no product.  I can think of a lot better ways to spend $49.99!  I will file a report with Paypal….first time ever.  I think PayPal is fine, I just wasn't smart enough to check out this company first.

They have scammed us out of £317.90 for a thermometer which obviously didn't receive iv informed my bank and PayPal which was a total waste of time with PayPal they only said to contact the seller yer right after 9 unanswered emails why is ebay allowing this scam company to continue on there books its disscusting. Im now broke and cant afford normal daily items just so somebody in Hong Kong gets rich. Im a keyworker so needed a temperature machine which was shown for £14.99 they not only took that amount twice but then added another 100 on to the amount which again came out twice. Theres got to be a better way of getting a refund but nobody wants to help the bank cant because its done via PayPal and PayPal dont because they dont actually give a reason so next step is police and omberstman.

I am absolutely disgusted with Strong Current Enterprises and PayPal. I order the tv boost in March but received no confirmation of order or any other acknowledgement. In May I raised a dispute with PayPal. As a result a received a message through PAYPAL from the company saying there were delays but they would dispatch as soon as possible and they would send paperwork within 24 hrs. I responded saying to cancel the order and refund especially as a friend had ordered 2 of the items and they do not work. To date (2 June) I still have no paperwork so cannot get in touch with them as I have no contact details. PayPal have closed the dispute as the company sent tracking information for goods I still have NOT received. Beware!

I ordered from this company a blaux personal cooking device which I found very interesting but for my surprise,after the purchase they debited$$$ rapidly.No email for order confirmation,no tracking#,no carrier name, no msj,etc. etc...

Same problem paypal did not confirm and pay after going back and forth with paypal and getting nowhere then received worthless items from strong current I tried with emails to strong current to return there useless product without any success first I blame paypal for not allowing confirm as was allways the way when I made purchases and now paypal wants me to contact law enforcement is it paypal or strong current enterprise they want me to file a complaint against ? I'm now finished with paypal as the do nothing for you and with all the complaints against strong current enterprise paypal should be ashamed of their tactics I'm sure the know this company is not reputable with all the paypal complaints against

Bought two Wifi extenders .. changed my card immediately and never had confirmation of order or shipment,, but i did receive two units about a month later. One was DOA, the other powered up and sort of works but not anywhere as good as claimed on some of the reviews>

I called their cust service number,, would be put on hold for a long time, with messages saying wait time was longer than 10 mins-- then the call would be disconnected after 30 mins.. this occurred over and over.. I finally got thru to a lady who told me they would send a replacement - asked her to send me email confirmation =  never happened
I finally filed a Paypal Claim and they began responding immediately with vague responses like they would ship my replacement ASAP but due to COVID they were out of stock but could give no estimate of ship date.

I escalated the claim with Paypal and they refunded my entire purchase amount of $89 in 4 hours...
Follow the Paypal rules -  try to work out with customer first and if they don't resolve, Paypal is on your side>
Not buying any ore Chinese product through the internet again.  but Paypal came to my rescue this time

I have complained & asked for a refund from PayPal as I have no address or contact number for this bogus company who did eventually send me a useless TV Buddy .. PayPal site wasn’t contactable for my complaints re messaging or phone number either and by the time I did get to the Help Centre too late for refund April until October before I got through with that terrible outcome. £58.90 down the toilet for crap.
