On 17 May 2020 I ordered a new Oshen watch from Strong Current Enterprises and paid $58.94 USD. They claim that they mailed this on 6 June via Swiss Post with a tracking number. As the item had not arrived, on 3 July I opened a dispute through PayPal. On 6 August PayPal closed the dispute as the Seller had provided a tracking number through Swiss Post. As at 10 September 2020 the item still has not been delivered. I have since contacted Swiss Post and they cannot verify the delivery or the tracking number. I have contacted the Seller and have tried to reopen the original PayPal dispute or commence a second dispute but the limitations of the PayPal resolution system won't let me. I am seeking the item ordered or a refund of the funds paid to them nearly 4 months ago and ask why PayPal has not ceased dealings with Strong Current Enterprises due to this and many other complaints about them.
