Hi, I have a case opened which has been decided in my favour but it’s been a week and the case is still being reviewed by PayPal team even though it says it’s been decided in my favour. The seller never sent the item so I don’t have to send anything back. I tried emailing and got a reply stating that I can not receive my refund because the case is still open. So I’m not too sure what to do, should I just wait it out? It’s been exactly a week. Thank you all! 🙂
