Still limited after completion of documents

PayPal will notify you when you account limitation has been lifted. Limits can not be lifted over the phone either. You can call PayPal customer service to follow up: Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, scroll down to click CALL US.

I've received their email asking for documents that I've already uploaded and completed. How long this will take to process?
