Someone has used my paypal account to order something from John Lewis and is currently saying the transaction is pending
What do I do?!

Click on the transaction and report it as unauthorised if that is what it is, then change your passwords and security questions and do a virus scan on your laptop etc.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
