I’m really struggling to speak to an agent my account has restrictions I have. Claims that I can’t respond to how can I call or get a call back

I FEEL YOUR PAIN THIS IS GETTING OUT OF CONTROL. MY ACCOUNT HAS A LOT OF PLAYSTASTION UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS AND I DO NOT OWN A PLAYSTATION. THEY TOOK ALL MY MONEY, I HAVE $ .74 CENTS LEFT. AND THEY HAVE BEEN DOING IT FOR A WHILE. I USE PAYPAL AS A SAVINGS ACCOUNT SO WHEN I CHECKED IT THIS IS MY RESULT FROM ABOUT $1600 TO $ .74. ALL GONE TO PLAYSTATION AND NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO TO COVID19. THIS IS NOT RIGHT AND NOT FAIR.

I have the same problem unauthorized transaction and no way to contact them to resolve it. I've been on paypal 20 years...never seen anything like this...

Any ideas they are refunding customers due to not been able to defend my side of transactions on cases and can’t receive or send money damaging my business
