Someone has setup a paypal account using an email address of mine. I am getting emails related to account activity but can’t contact PayPal support to investigate. I’ve sent numerous messages over the past week but zero response. I know my email hasn’t been compromised as I use long random passwords, 2FA and have changed the password just in case. How can I contact PayPal support to get them to look into this?!
