Someone hacked my PayPal account

Yesterday night someone hacked my account and made an order on La redute France. Unfortunately paypal can't cancel the transaction although i tried a lot of times and within 10 hours after the hacking. I followed PayPals instructions, but at the last step, the system returned me an error. I am trying to save my money through my local Bank, and i have no help at all from PayPal. Is unbelievable that there is not a special help line on PayPal.!!!! Where is your support???

There is nothing your bank or PayPal can do until the payment is posted where you can then dispute it. When the payment is a pending temporary authorization, you must contact the merchant to cancel and/or let them know this transaction is unauthorized asap as only the merchant can release you from the authorization which is an agreement with the merchant to pay.
