Account Limitation asking for Proof of Business Registration

Hello,
Suddenly PayPal add some limitations on my account and blocked sending/receiving money on my account (which is integrated on my portal since more than a year with hundreds of transactions everyday)
They asked for Proof of Business Registration and Proof of Address.
I submitted them many many times, and every time PayPal is telling me they will review it and get back to me after 2 to 3 days.
Then i found them asking for the same thing without clarifying what is wrong with what i provided (if there is something wrong)
The Commercial Registration is valid and up to date and everything should be fine!! i dont know what is going wrong! any idea is highly appreciated. Screenshot is below for what they are asking for!!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I have contacted them many times with no luck of any insight about the reason of keep asking for documents.
"They always telling me you have to upload the commercial registration document and proof of address, and our limitation team will review them in 3 days!"
I asked about what was the problem with what i uploaded recently, they say we dont know! only limitation team decide!
If anybody can help, it would be highly appreciated

Could be something to do with the fact that your Paypal account is registered in Botswana but your place of business is Jordan???

!!! could be that is the reason! but i never selected Botswana as business country and i am not sure if this can be changed!

When you click to open a paypal account you scroll down the list of countries and select the country that you live in....you must have selected Botswana by accident?
In that case you would never be able to verify or use a paypal account from another country and its more or less useless to you.
Your best bet is to close it (if you can) you won't be able to if its limited and then open a paypal account in the correct country.

Thanks a lot, what about the money i have in my account right now? it is blocked and can't transfer it to my credit card or transfer it to another account. does that mean i am going to lose them?

Only customer services can help you with that one but as you can never verify another countries paypal account its unlikely they can transfer it to your new account for you but worth asking them?
or can you get the sender to open a dispute to get their money back and then pay to your new correct account?

in fact opening a dispute from my payers in not a solution as they are more than 500 payer in the last two months (before blocking my account!) However will try to call them again and see how to get this resolved
