hi, i purchased a product this morning online, there was no item description for the product Neocort {for pets} which apparently needed a script for, to which i did not know this, i paid for the item and 3 hrs later received email asking for subscription, i replied back saying i havent got one and its gone down hill from there. i asked for a refund then went on telling me its 20% off what i paid for ' for wasting his time" i have file a dispute with paypal but the seller is very insulting and rude, not what else to do....
