Hello I have an active dispute as the item didn't reach yet. The seller is trying to refund but her account is being reviewed under PayPal's usage terms and therefore, her account is blocked for verification. She is asking me if she can refund via another person's PayPal account and asking me to close the case. Taking into consideration PayPal's policies, isn't that a breach? Please help Thank you Ana
