Someone changed my account to another language and is trying to transfer money into my account. PayPal is not letting me delete my account or banking information. has this happened to anyone else?
There was an entire thread devoted to a scheme like this, the language was Spanish in that case. You might want to read thru some recent threads and track that down, then see what others may have done.
