I bought 2 lots of merchandise from a seller on twitter. The seller asked me to send the money to a PayPal pool, and at the time I didn't know that pools didn't have buyer protection. I didn't get all of the merchandise I bought and now the seller is telling me I only bought one lot. Is there any way to open a dispute or get my money back?

Sadly not as you would only have buyer protection if you used the goods/services option to pay.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
