Seems Like Paypal Have some problem with its website on the providing document page

Hello, several days ago, I received an email from paypal stating that my account was limited and you guys need me to provide my information. Thus, I provide my information like ID and proof of address several days ago without a problem, but today when I need to submit proof of payment, I click on one of the transaction ID expecting it to came out with a input field for me to enter tracking number, nothing had happened!!!! I try this many times already with no avail.

 

When I open console to see what happen, there is an error which state that "vx-lib.min.js:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'firstElementChild' of undefined" on vx-lib.min.js:1. Can you guys please take a look because I cant upload my proof of fulfillment now!!!

In general, it seems like you are facing a technical issue. You can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue! If not, I would recommend contacting our Customer Service directly and one of our agents will provide you with an alternative method to provide the information.
