Hello, is this email: <removed> mail.com a real email address by paypal?? Please i need help someone wanted me to buy a steam card for 100€ and did not pay me. On steam its said that the card has been activated by an account but that wasn’t me!

The email has been auto removed but if it is saying to send the gift card before funds are credited to your paypal balance then yes its a scam.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send anything until funds are showing in your paypal account balance.
