Scammed by Zhixin Trading Co., Ltd.

I ordered a "2020 NEW Recliner Luxury Camping Chair" from Zhixin Trading Co., Ltd. for $29.99 plus $7.99 shipping. I stated that I wanted grey fabric, and blue metal. This item was to come in a zipped pouch.

What arrived was a joke! It is a 6" X 8" folding stool. Nothing like the item I ordered. I contacted them, and their reply was that i ordered the 'chair without a backrest'. There was no option for a back rest, it is built in to the chair.  They told me that for an additional $69.99 they would send me the $29.99 chair I ordered and already paid $37.98 for with my Paypal account. There was no reasoning with them. They did not admit they mailed the wrong item, instead they told me I ordered the wrong item. What I ordered is printed on my receipt.

I contacted Paypal and explained the whole thing to them. They quickly shut the case down, siding with Zhixin, saying that Zhixin had proof of delivery!

So folks, beware! A vendor can send you anything they want, whether it is what you ordered/paid for or not. It could be an empty envelope. Paypal will side with the vendor! Incredible!

I contacted my credit card bank and they told me I had to go through Paypal.

Paypal endorses these scammers.

FWIW, I am not the only person Zhixin did this to. Shame on you Paypal.IMG_0212(2).jpgThis is what I orderedThis is what I orderedThis is what I got that Paypal is OK with! This is what I got that Paypal is OK with!

I too have had the pleasure of being scammed by Zhixin trading , I started my dispute in late July for non receipt of chairs with canopy ordered on F/B on the 1st July. After eight weeks they sided with Zhixin Trading co ,I changed my dispute to goods received not as ordered and on the 21st October Pay Pal sent me an Email to say they were refunding my $59 paid through my bank to Pay Pal. It has happened my bank account has been credited yesterday. All in all a horrible experience and will never buy from china again.

I also ordered a canvas chair with a hood, which was never delivered. It was chased by PayPal but they were informed that the order was sent via a recognised carrier and as they had receipt of the item being received by them, Zhixin Trading Co..Ltd., were no longer responsible and so claimed the money.

The problem is that when the wrong item is received, it comes in a package with no invoice or tracking details - I ordered two garden chairs but received two small bags.  There was no evidence that they were from Zhixin at all and I disposed of them.  I subsequently complained to Paypal about non-receipt of the chairs and was then told that there was tracking for the item that had been delivered to me (ie the bags, not the chairs I ordered).  Zhixin are scammers who send out a small, worthless item in order to prove tracking.  I was then told that I had to return the bags in order to obtain a refund.  Why should I return a worthless item that came in an unmarked envelope - no proof it was from them - to China and at my own expense?  It's time that Paypal dealt with this issue.

i had the exact same problem  - same chairs, same toy stools delivered, same response from Paypal. I called Paypal and (after 40 minutes) talked with an agent. She changed the complaint to "wrong item delivered" and basically reopened the complaint. If you're still within the time period, you can do the same thing - or just file a new complaint with the correct categorization. And after having looked at these stools, I decided I don't want the chairs - they are very poorly made.

I wanted to reopen it but didn’t see a way to do it. Looks like PayPal kicked it all up in favor of the scammers. They do business under so many names, just a quick search shows how awful this company is.

PLEASE tell HOW in the world you called PayPal???? Same thing is happening to me and I refuse to ship merchandise back that I DID NOT order!!! They made the mistake they can pay for shipping! I have since been asked to file complaints with federal agencies to have PayPal review their decision!

When I received two pieces of material in the mail I had no idea what they were for or why I was sent them. There was nothing on the envelope or anything inside that indicated what it was or who sent it. It wasn't until after I filed a complaint that I thought about the pieces of material and realized they must have come from them. But they don't even look like a chair carrier. Way too small to use for anything. I think I was scammed along with PayPal by this company sending anything, and then using the shipping transactions to "prove" it was delivered. I wish PayPal would not do business with this company or others who have so many complaints against them that suggest fraud. I am so mad they let companies like this slide by without doing more for the customer. I was burned by a Chinese company in the past, and now will not buy anything linked to China again. Lesson learned.

Exactly the same as me.Ordered one chair and got a tiny empty bag not big enough to put any sort of chair in it.It was posted from Slough,UK I opened a case with transaction number, invoice number and picture of the minuscule bag and after weeks of waiting PayPal sends me a request for a URL number of the advert and other info.I can’t find the advert anymore and what difference that would make I don’t know anyway but it’s obvious they are trying to make it difficult for me to succeed in getting a refund. They also found against me in another transaction with a large Chinese company so we know who pays their wages don’t we. Quite simply we’ve been ripped off, won’t get a refund and are powerless to do anything about it **bleep** PayPal and **bleep** the rip off Chinese companies using European style names to sell us nothing Never again
