Hi,

I opened a case for not receiving an article.

The seller has been contacted by PayPal and I received an email by PayPal telling me the seller has escalated the problem to a claim.

What does it mean ? Honestly I do not understand this procedure.

When I go to Resolution Centre, there is a message that says "waiting for other's party response"

Why his response (claim) does not show up at all ?

Do I have to wait until PayPal contact me
