This company valustoe are scammers.
The link shows a ride on excavator for half price. It says easy and safe to drive with a picture of a fully grown woman driving it and there is also a video of a person driving it and the post says
This small household rotary excavator can be used anywhere , its boom is fully rotatable , which allows it to dig anywhere. It is 580mm wide and can be dug between walls and private property . It is equipped with blades for backfilling and leveling.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, YOU WILL EITHER GET NOTHING OR THEY WILL ARRANGE FOR ANOTHER PERSON TO SEND YOU A TOY CAR/TRUCK/TRACTOR.
This company scammed me and then when I reported it to paypal, I was told the seller provided proof the item was delivered and found in favour of the seller, the scamer. I expected paypal to support me and refund my money but they clearly allow scammers to conduct business through paypal.
I will be taking paypal to NCAT to show the court that I did not receive the item and as fair trading have advised if I did not receieve the item or an item is not as described, I should get a refund and paypal are the middle man so they are responsible for making sure I get the item or a refund. Hopefully the tribunal will see that paypal made a wrong decision and paypal will be ordered to refund me. I am not the only person on this community who has been scammed and paypal have found in favour of the scammers. I will not be ordering again through paypal after this, they did not take action when they should have and cannot be trusted to do the right thing.
