I have been scammed. The buyer has deleted their instagram, however I do see active a paypal account for their e-mail. If they are no longer responding to my emails and deleted their instagram from we were talking back and forth, is there a way to ask for a refund right away as opposed to solving things amicable from the account I was scammed?
I am writing from the DR, any help is beyond welcome and well needed.
