I made a claim for my purchase protection and I received two plants infested with weevils, but I was denied being told they do not cover plants. I have several friends who have won cases for plants and it is not listed in their agreement. I even had a PayPal representative state that I won the case and provide me with a return address for my case to then be denied... What is going on I just want my refund?
