hello all, so I ordered these fence plants for $56 paid thru pay pal, a month later I received this tiny music box something from the dollar tree from China I was wondering who sent it, turns out it was the place who was supposed to send my fence plants so they send pay pay pal a shipping receipt saying they shippedmy item...wromg!! ..pay pay then denying my claim .what a scam now I have to go thru my bank to recover my money 💰.
Did you open a dispute for item not received which the seller would win with tracking OR did you open a dispute for item received but not as described ie wrong item?
Did you escalate to a claim?

Nope I reported i got the item which was not the item they shipped me, instead they sent junk! Therefore generating a tag as item received, however the item was wrong but pay pal only sees i received something and just closed my case period, you can't dispute again once it was closed thru pay pal. Clever new scam. I reported it to my bank hopefully they will honor this scam transaction and refund my money. Thank you
did alopl I could put received wrong item i escalated it as well, not my first rodeo and I usually get my money back on scam especially when its from China. So im so disappointing in pay pal and won't use them again.
