Paypal closed my case when I gave legit proof that I was ripped off by a Chinese Scammer

Paypall incorrectly closed a case I had and, since the seller is a Chinese scammer, they are just helping him continue to cheat people. I asked them to take another look at this case and contact me at .... I have had a Paypal account for at least 20 years; why can someone not look into this further? PayPal case: PP-D-115191268 case denied

Same thing happen to me actually today which is funny. Dealing with the same scammer most likely. I started messaging them about it after they denied my claim in the resolution center and I sent pictures and the person on the other side verifies the pictures that I sent and they tried to close my message out as well. Nothing was solved as of yet
