So i was shocked at how common this issue w bogus companies in China is. And for how long its been going on. But i was also relieved. Misery loves company…. I had my first EVER issue in early June. Same story as everyone else. Mesh Beach Shoes. AVOID!!! Long story short - After speaking to nice but incompetent CS agents 3x since yesterday countless emails to seller and PP- i spoke to yet another CS agent. Nice. But repeating the same lies. Until I mentioned that package was delivered. By USPS. Suddenly she paused. Verified. Then cheerily changed her tune. So sorry!! We will refund your money immediately!! No meed to return item!!! So sorry!!! I was relieved but it occurred to me that the mention of USPS may have been the game changer…. Illegal mail fraud maybe?? This whole thing is so not right.
