Returns Postage Return

Hi, I have received an email from Paypal that the returns postage has been refunded, but is not showing in my bank account. Can you please help me understand how this works. Regards, Jen

How will I be refunded?

If your Refund Request is accepted, you will receive a refund directly to your PayPal account.
