Return tracking error.

I've entered the wrong details for a return tracking number. The O on the barcode looked just like a 0 (zero) and now I've lost my refund as the number showed up as invalid. What can I do as there's no appeal decision tab on the action bar for a closed case. The proper tracking number shows the item arrived back and was signed for by the seller on the 27th. Thanks.
