I have purchased many wigs from different vendors but my experience with WOWEBONY has been nothing less than a nightmare. So I decided to buy a wig for both my niece and great aunt as a Christmas present. Looking around I decided to go with Wowebony SMH. Searching the website I decided upon two wigs, a kinky straight human hair unit and a yaki straight human hair unit. When I received my wigs from Wowebony I observed the texture of one wig to be silky straight and I immediately reached out to Maxxe with Wowebony. He apologized along with providing me a return shipping address but never saying he would pay to ship the wig back. I did ask him about the shipping cost and then he agreed to refund me the shipping cost of his mistake. In addition to returning that wig, I also had to return my aunt’s wig purchased from Hairvivi because of sizing. Last week, my husband sent the wig to Wowebony and when the company received the wig I was informed by Maxxe that they were not going to pay the shipping of the returned wig because I did not want to do a wig exchange. I then decided to right a review on trustpilot and was notified later by Maxxe to remove the review from trustpilot and he would pay the shipping fee. Yesterday when my husband was ready to return the second wig to Hairvivi he realized that he sent Hairvivi’s wig to Wowebony by mistake. I literally became sick to my stomach because I no longer wanted to deal with this unreasonable company again. I emailed maybe 8 messages to this company and he finally replied back to my messages and says he will return the wig after 2 months due to COVID although I already sent them their wig. Please someone tell me what else I can do to get my aunt’s wig returned to me.
