Return item to scamming seller

I bought a wig from a dodgy website, and they did send me a wig, but it was a piece of junk and nothing like the images on the website. When I disputed it they offered me a partial refund which I’ve declined as a matter of principle -despite knowing it’ll cost me a lot to post it back (that’s where they scam you!) The thing is, how can I prove to PayPal that I have sent the product back? This company isn’t a business they are con artists, if I sent the item back couldn’t they just deny ever receiving it and refuse to issue the refund?

1. Provide trackable proof of delivery.

2. If you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then ignore paypal and go for a chargeback instead.

A very similar thing has happened to me as well.  Responded to seller and he sent me a shipping address in Estonia.  Payed over $80 to ship item back with tracking number, item possibly refused at destination, paypay closed claim saying seller never received.  yet when i ask seller why am i sending to Estonia when item was clearly shipped from within Canada, my home country and they never replied, yet i am the one who loses the money paid.
