Case ID PP-D-62294238. Seller has advised he will give me a full refund when I ship the 2 cheap plastic mini hand pumps back to him in Hong Kong.. However, who will pay the packaging, international shipping and tracking costs for these 2 cheap plastic hand pumps. I should not be out of pocket as this seller sent me fraudulently 2 cheap mini plastic hand pumps and not what had ordered which were 2 mini electric pumps. I'm sure the return shipping cost will be more than the cost of these cheap plastic mini hand pumps. I expect reimbursement of all my costs associated with the return shipping of these fraudulent items.
