Yes, calling customer service would be a good starting point. 🙂
For the Philippines, when we're requesting a document to confirm your address, the general information you can provide is a bank/card statement, utility bill, or phone bill. The easiest option for most customers is to get a bank statement from your local bank. The bank statement needs to have your full name, address, account number, and recent transaction history all on company letterhead. From working with our Philippine customers, I know you don't generally get a statement online. However, most have been successful if they go directly to their bank and request this information.
