account Restriktion

Hello. My acc was restricted. PP asks to confirm a card. I confirmed but the restriction is still. I try to write an email but no answer from pp. What I can to do now?

Hi @Valdone,

 

I'm sorry to hear that the account is still limited. Are there any other steps to complete? Does the Resolution Center show that the limitation appeal is in review? If it's been more than a few days and all the steps are completed and there hasn't been a change, please reach out to customer service again.
