I need help. Im trying to get a thing on my account resolved, and I've done all the steps, but the last thing I need to resolve is "Identity Identity" however, it wont let me. I've tried contact, but bc of covid 19, no ones around to anwser a call or whatever. And I need help getting this done. Ive also tried messaging, but even when someone is "online" it just looks like im still talking to an automative system. I use paypal for my job and i have money still on the account, so if this doesn't get resolved, im gonna be in BIG trouble.
