Hello, I just got asked to basically confirm my identity on my paypal account. When I log-in and click my notifications, it says this so I click "Add Documents"
Then it brings me to this page.
I've tried other workarounds that others suggested and nothing works.
Then when I go into the resolution center, I don't even have any cases or anything.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
