Hellllllp. I bought something that was received incomplete and not as advertised / described / shown. I disputed the transaction and was offered a paltry $8 in compensation (the item was $35USD+). I refused and the offer went up to $15, “and I keep the item”. It’s completely useless because it won’t work as an incomplete piece. Now the vendor is offering a complete refund but I have to pay for shipping (when I’ve already paid once), AND insure it for 10x what the value is. Now I only have two options with PP; accept and abide, or cancel the complaint and lose the purchase. How can I talk to an actual human to voice my disgust?
