I cant able to upload my "Confirm your identity", so as soon as i click on resolve its takes me to dispute page ( https://www.paypal.com/disputes/ ). I am able to provide all other documents but the only where I am struggling is confirm your identity. I have cleared cookies, cached, but still dont know why its not letting me upload my identity documents. Can anyone help me thank you
