My account is currently on limitations due to it asking to verify my banking information. However when attempting to input my Navy Federal account information it will not allow it. How can I verify information if there is nothing to verify. Is there any way around having to verify an account. I tried calling customer service however the voicemail said that the line was closed due to corona virus.
Complain to your country's government financial regulator/s who oversee how international companies like Paypal are allowed to trade within your country. No communication and no service is not acceptable, particularly if funds are being held.
Closed phone lines and no responses to emails, with many locked accounts around the world. Delay times are understandable at this time, but not a complete lack of communication and service.
