Paypal have been messing me around for over a month now , I raised a case back on 2nd April and the gave me a date of 2nd May and they just keep moving the date , they have had all the info including tracking info showing it still hasn't been delivered, I have messaged them and emailed them but nothing , what can I do ? my payment was by PayPal credit , if I stopped paying I bet they would be straight on to me.
