I've noticed hes put the payment through another company he owns....Where do I stand? Not an umbrella company a completely seperate one. Advice very welcome. Thank You

As long as you have the transaction in your account activity, you can file a dispute right within your PayPal account. Locate it, click on it, click “report a problem” to dispute it. If you for some reason lose the dispute, and you paid with credit card, call your card issuer to file dispute.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
