I recently purchased the mom to son wallet from Customgifts/ familytogetherforever.com It never came. The money was taken from my account through paypal a different amount than the receipt shows 36.90 was supposed to be taken but 37.20 was deducted. Paypal account doesn't show the transaction but I have the receipt. Emailed the seller stated distribution was delayed. I ordered it Oct 16th. They said it would be sent out in 2 weeks. That was Nov 16th. I've sent another email to them and no response. How do I get my money back. Obviously paypal isn't going to help. I can't even call our send documentation to them to resolve.

The different amount may be because of the settlement solution method the merchant uses to process payment called Authorization and capture that gives merchant flexibility. A traditional sale, the authorization and capture occurs at once but A&C puts through an authorization charge of $1 and the amount due can be captured at a later time, no longer than 30 days. If the amount due for the order changes due to taxes, shipping costs, or item availability, the original authorization amount can be modified.
Since the transaction is not showing on your PayPal account, a call to customer service must be made to open a dispute on it. Or, if you paid with a credit card, contact your card issuer to open a dispute.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
