Resolution closed my case

Good morning

I purchased some trainers and never received the item. I opened a dispute and have checked and the dispute has been closed. I have not received my money and looking further I should have escalated the dispute which I cannot do now.

 

Please help I am owed over £100

You had up to 20 days to escalate the dispute to a claim if you could not resolve it with the seller and wanted paypals help.

You can escalate it at any time in those 20 days but if you don't it auto-closes.

Sadly nothing you can do now unless you funded your paypal payment via a credit card? If so then you could ask your card issuer if they will chargeback for you?

Or small claims court if the buyer is in the UK as well if you want to go down that route?
