When I go to the resolution center to launch a dispute I can only see the last 30 days of my transaction. The one I want to dispute is older than that. I have selected all in the search criteria. What do I have to do to make it display all of my transaction. Thank you

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry you're having trouble creating a dispute! I would recommend reviewing the following Help Center article with more steps on How to Open a Dispute with a Seller. If you still cannot open the dispute, then I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer support team. You can reach them by selecting Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available through Facebook Private Message or Twitter Direct Message. I hope this helps with your dispute!
