Resolution Centre - how do i add further information about my claim?

How can I give further information to a case that is currently awaiting a response from the seller? The system doesn't let me add anything more when the claim is with the seller, thereby wasting a lot of time, and if the seller is savvy enough, they can stall the claim deliberately. I returned a parcel to the return address given and it has been returned to me two weeks later as invalid address.

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

If seller is not responding, then escalate within 20 days from date of dispute to ask PayPal to step in and they will ask for more information.

Hi Cock1882. Many thanks for taking the time tonight. I've gone for the option of sending the files (photos), you don't get much characters to explain what you need to but I couldn't see another way to do this. The most I can do is be open and hope it goes my way, the proof is there now. Thanks again my friend, Keith. PS COYS!! We must get 3 points Sunday please!
