I recently bought an item using my PayPal account and arranged for My Hermes to collect it and deliver it to me.Again I used PayPal to pay Hermes . Hermes duly collected the parcel from my seller but failed to deliver it to me. As consequence I raised two complaints against Hermes through the PayPal Resolution Centre .The next thing I heard was from the seller who said he had received a complaint from PayPal and of course it is not at all his concern. I have tried contacting the Resolution Centre to no avail so I am hoping someone here can tell me what to do.
