Resolution Center not Working

I have an open case in the Resolution Center that I need to respond to, and every time I go through the steps to add my comment and upload additional images, it redirects me to a page that says "Lets try that again, something went wrong on our end." 

It's done this for a week, and I try to chat someone on Paypal's end, and that isn't working either, it just keeps loading. I cannot find a number to call customer service. 

Please help! I need to respond to this claim by 10/16 and there is literally no way to.

I have the same problem only I had two disputes it worked on one not the other I think they have me blocked. Every time I try to get in touch with PayPal they send me a message telling me to do just what I had just done. I have until the 16th guess I'll lose that money unless someone can find an email address for paypal that works where we can vontact them. I even stayed on the phone for 6 hours this morning, got hung up on 3 times called right back and still waited. Somebody please help us out

I'm having the exact same problem. I ordered a hat from a site called Defend Nation that appears to be a scam site. When I try to go through PayPal to get a refund, I get a message that "something isn't working on our end".... Their interface is messed up and I can't get anything done about it.
