Resolution Center is Busted, Again

Seems like I'm not the first, and if the trend continues I will not be the last... I disputed a payment to a merchant because I suspected fraud. Paypal said no, no-we have a shipping number. So they said nothing is wrong and closed the complaint. Surprise, surprise my package didn't arrive. Went to post office and got a letter showing the fraud. Now I want to dispute the charges again, and... you guessed it... for 2 days the resolution center is down. Asking the 'message us' to connect me to a representative has also failed for the last two days to alert paypal, and I gusless the only way to tell them their page is broke is to leave a snark filled message here.

Hello @Tabsta, @ajunk,

I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a recent purchase and dispute. I'd recommend reaching out to the shipping company and asking for some kind of documentation that shows the package was delivered to the address you provided in the transaction details. Once you have that documentation, you might have better luck appealing that dispute with our Resolution Center. Here's a bit more information on that process: How can I appeal PayPal’s decision on my case?

If the Resolution Center is still acting up, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support for further assistance. You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.

Good luck with your case!
