Reopen a case

Hi. I need to reopen a case because I didn’t escalate it in time due to error in dates. How can I do that?

You won't be able to re-open it and you can't open a second case for the same transaction.

If you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then see if your card issuer will chargeback for you?
