Refund not received, unauthorized pending payment still subtracted funds.
I have two complaints, and both of them seem to be unsolveable by the helpbot algorithms.
My account was hacked, and two purchases were made during that time. The first one, I complained about immediately, and PayPal acknowledged that it was an unauthorized payment - now the site claims that it it has issued a refund, but I have not received the refund. I can't file a complaint about that to PayPal because they say the refund has been issued - despite the fact that I still haven't received the money.
The second complaint is that there is a pending payment that requires authorization. I did not give authorization, but the funds were deducted from my bank account regardless. In the meanwhile, I cannot seem to cancel or complain about the pending payment because PayPal won't let me file a report on a pending payment.
