I purchase some EDP (eau de parfum) that is supposed to be Frederic Malle Un Rose. I held onto it, intending it as a Christmas present, but had reason to give it earlier - last week. That's when my fiancee discovered, via a visit to the official outlet for that perfume in our city, that I'd bought a fake.
The seller has no phone or email contact.
I tried to register a dispute on PayPal through the Resolution Centre. I located the transaction but cannot see the link for escalating to a dispute that is mentioned. Any step I take otherwise just leads me back to the refreshed Resolution Centre page - with nothing happening. In other words, it's a loop.
Apart from the frustrating financial loss, I wonder if anyone else has problems with PayPal in this regard.
